The programme

Human-Centred Quality Initiative

An open programme developing a body of knowledge, capability model, professional pathways and practical methods for an AI-accelerated world.

The public home

VerityJX

The place where the Initiative’s mission, principles, research, publications, capability work and release history are made visible.

The implementation companion

User Journey Explorer

The practical companion exploring how the principles can be applied through user journeys, evidence, governance and continuous improvement.

About the perspective behind the work

I have spent much of my career helping organisations deliver complex systems safely and usefully. Increasingly, I found myself less interested in whether individual components passed and more interested in whether the human journey still made sense - and whether the evidence collected through quality activity genuinely improved organisational decisions.

Healthcare and quality

Healthcare has shaped much of this thinking because it makes the stakes visible. A system can function technically while the patient experience becomes fragmented, confusing or unsafe.

AI and the future profession

AI is not simply a threat to QA. Used well, it can remove execution burden and help people focus on judgement, context, evidence, confidence and continuous improvement.

About Niyi Ibironke

Niyi is a senior technical and quality assurance professional whose work spans software delivery, architecture, testing, implementation and human-centred quality. VerityJX brings together that practical experience with an ongoing exploration of how the profession should evolve.

Independent and complementary

The Initiative is not intended to displace established standards or professional bodies. Its purpose is to provide a connecting, human-centred perspective and to develop the practical language needed to turn quality evidence into organisational understanding.

VerityJX is intended to evolve through contribution and challenge.
