What Human-Centred Quality means
The Initiative begins from the recognition that professional disciplines did not invent quality. They formalised and refined a capability that humanity has always exercised.
Quality is the fundamental human capability through which we observe, interpret, judge and improve the experiences and systems that shape our lives.
Human-Centred Quality is the professional discipline devoted to cultivating, applying and continually improving this capability within the design, delivery, operation and evolution of complex socio-technical systems.
