Why compare?
The purpose is not to define three roles. It is to test whether Observe → Interpret → Understand → Judge → Improve → Steward remains recognisable across different professional perspectives.
If the expressions survive contact with practice, they strengthen the emerging model. Where practitioners find something forced, missing or misleading, the model should be challenged rather than the role distorted to protect it.

One Practice Model, three lenses
These prompts are deliberately concise. They are not role assignments and do not imply hierarchy: any practitioner may Observe, Interpret, Understand, Judge, Improve or Steward.

Different perspectives can enrich the same developing understanding.
A Test Analyst may preserve an observation close to behaviour. A Test Architect may recognise a systemic relationship. A Test Manager may bring perspectives together to support consequential judgement. None owns a Practice, and none is a higher form of HCQ.
This is not a role assignment model.
The comparator shows vantage points, not permissions. The HCQ Record belongs to the developing understanding and can carry attributed contributions from any relevant role or discipline.
